Get Help with ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã OnlineÌýVirtual AssistantÌý(Brightspace Lumi Chat)

We now have a virtual assistant called Lumi Chat to help with all things ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã Online (D2L). Click on the speech bubble button in the bottom right corner of each page on ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã Online to get help now!

We have contracted D2L’s End User Support services to provide 24/7/365 ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã Online support to WIU students, faculty, and staff.Ìý

All usersÌý are expected to use the Lumi Chat as their first point of contact for how-to, and technical questions regarding ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã Online.Ìý If questions cannot be answered by Lumi Chat, users will be directed to the appropriate office at WIU.

If ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã Online is down (you cannot access it or log into it) you should contact University Technology Support at support@wiu.edu or (309) 298-TECH (298-8234).
